(WAIT TIME, DELAYS and REFUND POLICY)


If you decide to proceed with your order you are agreeing to the conditions and terms set below.


Everything is made to order. Supplies and garments are ordered specifically for your order, if items are not in stock at our locations.

 Due to the volume of orders we currently have a 10-20 business day (2-4 week) wait time (as this is a estimated time frame) not including *weekends & holidays* starting from the time of your Purchase on the first business day. We fulfill orders in the order they are received. (Exceptions are adding the rush job option to your order; if applicable)


Delays may occur. Wait times can be extended due to late customer provided artwork, 

back orders or sold out items on garments, maintenance, weekends, holidays and shipping delays.  

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There Are No Refunds.

Only Exchange/Store Credit IF APPROPRIATE.


We are not responsible for stolen & lost packages that are out of our possession.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping Name’s or Address’s.

We are not responsible for delays with delivery/shipping services.

If you decide to supply your own garments for your order you are agreeing to the conditions and terms set below.


Payment is to be received in FULL at time of Drop Off or upon Delivery of items.

Items have to be counted and sorted before delivery/drop off.


YOU supply a breakdown list of colors, sizes and styles of your items to us.


No Reprints-  We ask that you supply us with more items than you need in the event of this requirement. The items will be returned to you if they are not used. 


Misprints - Credit will be granted for printing cost ONLY not for garments.


Unclaimed items exceeding two weeks will be donated. 


Unpaid order items without a paid invoice will be subject to donation after two weeks.

If you decide to provide your own artwork, designs or images for your order you are agreeing to the conditions and terms set below.


We are NOT responsible for any provided artwork, designs, images.

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct files and to over look their artwork.

We are NOT responsible for artwork mistakes, pixilated artwork, low resolution artwork, incorrect artwork format, incorrect color scales or anything to do with your provided artwork.
